Every safari package includes professional English-speaking driver-guide, 4x4 pop-top Land Cruiser, all TANAPA park entry fees, full-board accommodation or luxury tented camp, daily breakfast/lunch/dinner, airport transfers from Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Arusha (ARK), bottled drinking water, and 24/7 safari support. Luxury packages add private guides, premium lodges, bush flights, and balloon safaris.

Yes. All TANAPA (Tanzania National Parks Authority) and CONAPA (Ngorongoro Conservation Area) entry fees are included in our package prices. There are no hidden park fees. Fees vary by park and duration — Serengeti is approximately $70 per adult per day and Ngorongoro Crater is approximately $70 per adult per day.

Budget safaris ($890-$1,200/person) use public campsites and basic tented camps with shared facilities. Mid-range ($1,200-$2,500/person) include comfortable permanent tented camps or lodges with private bathrooms and full-board meals. Luxury ($2,500-$6,000+/person) feature premium lodges like Four Seasons or &Beyond, private guides, bush flights, balloon safaris, and exclusive dining experiences.

Tanzania is one of the safest countries in Africa for tourists. The northern safari circuit (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) is particularly well-protected with stable infrastructure. We regularly host solo travelers, couples, and families with children of all ages. Our guides carry satellite phones and first-aid kits, and all vehicles have 24/7 GPS tracking.

Most nationalities require a tourist visa. You can obtain a Visa on Arrival at the airport ($50 USD for most nationalities, $100 for US citizens) or apply for an e-Visa online at visa.immigration.go.tz before travel. We recommend the e-Visa to avoid airport queues. A valid passport with 6+ months validity is required.

Yellow Fever vaccination is required if arriving from a yellow fever endemic country. We recommend Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations. Malaria prophylaxis is strongly recommended — consult your travel doctor 4-6 weeks before departure. All our safari vehicles carry insect repellent, and most lodges provide mosquito nets and sprays.

For peak season (June-October), we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance as lodges fill quickly. Green season (November-May) can be booked 2-3 months ahead. For luxury lodges like Four Seasons or Singita, 6-12 months advance booking is recommended. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but with limited availability.

Absolutely. All our itineraries are fully customizable. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and allergy-specific dietary requirements. We use custom-built Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4s with pop-up roofs for 360-degree wildlife viewing, USB charging ports, cooler fridge for drinks, binoculars, and comfortable reclining seats. Each vehicle seats 6-7 passengers. Private safari vehicles are available for groups preferring exclusivity.

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome on safari. We offer family-friendly itineraries with shorter game drives, educational wildlife programs, and child-friendly lodges. Children under 5 travel free. Ages 6-15 receive discounted park fees. We provide child seats, activity books, and junior binoculars.

Tipping is customary in Tanzania. For guides, $20-30 USD per day per group is recommended. Camp staff $10-15 USD per day per group. Lodge staff $10-20 USD per day. These are guidelines, not requirements — tip based on your experience. We provide envelopes at the end of your safari.

Pack lightweight neutral-colored clothing (khaki, olive, brown), a warm fleece for early morning drives, sun hat, sunscreen SPF 50+, sunglasses, comfortable walking shoes, binoculars, camera with zoom lens, power bank, and a small daypack. Avoid bright colors and white. Laundry service is available at most lodges.

Most mid-range and luxury lodges offer Wi-Fi in public areas (speeds vary by location). Our luxury Land Cruisers have mobile Wi-Fi hotspots. In remote Serengeti areas, connectivity may be limited — this is part of the authentic wilderness experience. Consider purchasing a local SIM card (Vodacom or Airtel) for data.

A 30% deposit secures your booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of travel. We offer free cancellation up to 60 days before departure for a full refund minus $100 admin fee.

Yes, this is one of our most popular combinations. We offer seamless safari-beach packages: 4-7 days of wildlife adventure followed by 3-5 days on Zanzibar's pristine beaches. We arrange all flights between the mainland and Zanzibar, Stone Town tours, spice plantation visits, and snorkeling trips.
