Fly from Arusha to Serengeti - Aerial Safari Adventure
Your fly-in migration safari begins with a morning pickup from your Arusha hotel. Transfer to Arusha Airport for your scenic flight to the Serengeti. The flight takes approximately 1 hour, offering spectacular aerial views of the Great Rift Valley, Ngorongoro Crater, and the vast Serengeti plains below. Watch for wildlife from the air - you may spot elephant herds, giraffes, and even the migration herds from above!
Upon landing at the Serengeti airstrip, your safari guide will be waiting with your 4x4 vehicle. Begin your game drive immediately - no time wasted! Afternoon game drive exploring the area around your camp. The Serengeti is home to the Big Five and incredible birdlife. Arrive at your luxury tented camp as the sun sets. Sundowner cocktails followed by dinner under the stars.

Migration Herds & River Crossings (Seasonal)
Pre-dawn departure to position yourself along the migration route. If timing aligns with river crossings (June-October), spend the day along the Grumeti or Mara River waiting for the dramatic crossings. Even without crossings, the sheer density of wildlife is overwhelming. Bush breakfast and lunch. Afternoon continues tracking the herds. Every day the migration moves — your guide stays ahead of the action.

Full Day Serengeti - Big Five & Migration Herds
Wake up to the sounds of the African bush. Early morning game drive when predators are most active. The Serengeti is famous for its lion prides - watch for these magnificent cats hunting on the plains. Visit the Seronera River valley, the best area in Africa for leopard sightings. The river is also home to large hippo pods and massive crocodiles.
Mid-morning, search for the migration herds. Depending on the season, you may witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains. During river crossing season (July-October), head to the Mara River to witness the dramatic crossings.
Afternoon game drive focusing on specific wildlife based on your interests. Whether you want to photograph elephants, track cheetahs, or find the rare black rhino, your expert guide will make it happen. Return to camp for dinner and stargazing.

Serengeti Exploration - Kopjes, Rivers & Wildlife
Another full day to explore the Serengeti ecosystem. Early morning game drive to catch predators returning from night hunts. Visit the famous Serengeti kopjes - ancient granite rock formations that provide perfect lookout points for lions. These rocky islands on the plains are also home to hyraxes, klipspringers, and beautiful flora.
Explore different habitats - open grasslands, acacia woodlands, riverine forests, and rocky hillsides. Each ecosystem supports different wildlife. Your guide will share their knowledge of animal behavior, ecology, and conservation.
Afternoon game drive along one of the Serengeti rivers where hippos and crocodiles can be observed. Final evening in the Serengeti with a special bush dinner experience - dine under the stars in the heart of the wilderness.

Final Game Drive & Fly Back to Arusha
Wake up early for your final game drive in the Serengeti. This is often the best time for wildlife photography as the light is soft and golden. Predators like leopards and cheetahs are more active in the cool morning hours. Your guide will take you to areas where specific wildlife has been spotted recently.
After breakfast at camp, transfer to the Serengeti airstrip for your return flight to Arusha. Enjoy the aerial views one more time - the Serengeti from above is a patchwork of golden plains, green woodlands, and winding rivers. Arrive in Arusha in time for lunch. Transfer to your hotel or the airport.
